Sabbath Rest – Great is thy Faithfulness

Tonight we are settled in our nest for the week (at least) here at Camp Nathanael in Emmalena, KY.  We left our dear Lizzie, plugged in and ready for repair (i.e. I had to empty out my closet. Yikes). Hopefully we’ll be reunited by next week, but until then I can only praise our Lord for his faithfulness to us! I found this video that combines two hymns with a bit of reflection and it really spoke to my heart. Maybe it will speak to yours too!

  1. Hi! We know an older couple that volunteer at the camp you are at. Ed Campbell and his wife. They have been there for years. They are a joy. Lee and our pastor went there to help after the flood a couple of years ago. We go to the River Church in Cookeville TN. Their son was the children’s pastor at our church!

  2. We haven’t met them yet – but more volunteers are arriving tomorrow. This is quite a ministry (and that was quite a flood!)
